If you run out of credits, you can upgrade your plan immediately.
Are document downloads included in the subscription?

Yes — document downloads are included in paid plans, but they are separate from credits.

For example:

  • The Growth plan includes 1 document per month.
  • The Business plan includes 3 documents per month.

Documents are fully personalized using the AI wizard before download.

Do unused credits or document downloads roll over?

No. Credits and document downloads reset each month and do not roll over to the next billing period.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If you use all your monthly credits:

  • You can upgrade your plan immediately.
  • Your saved conversations and drafts remain available.
  • Your credit balance resets at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Billing is handled securely through our payment provider.
