Exam Refund Policy

This Refund policy is valid only for exams purchased during the “Money-back guarantee” campaign from April 16 to 23, 2026.

1. Exam attempts and eligibility

You have a total of three attempts to pass the exam:

  • One initial attempt
  • Two free retakes

To qualify for a full refund of your exam purchase, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. You did not pass the exam after all three attempts.
  2. You attended all lessons in the course for which you took the exam.
  3. If the course included a workshop, you attended the entire workshop.
  4. You submitted your refund request within 14 days of your third unsuccessful attempt.

2. How to request a refund

When submitting your request, please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The course/exam name
  • (Optional) Any additional details about your experience

Our support team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

3. Timeframe for refund requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after your third unsuccessful exam attempt.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Conditions

  • Refunds apply only if all three exam attempts have been used and the exam has not been passed.
  • Refunds apply only to the exam purchase (not to other services or products, unless explicitly stated).
  • Each user is eligible for a refund once per exam purchase.
  • Refund eligibility is subject to compliance with exam rules and compliant completion of all required exam attempts.
  • Advisera reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases of misuse or violation of exam rules.

5. Processing refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider.
